The American Camp Association (ACA) and the International Camping Fellowship (ICF) are pleased to announce a renewed, three-year educational alliance. Effective September 1, 2026, this strategic agreement builds on a shared commitment to enrich lives through outdoor camp experiences and foster global understanding across the international camping community.
Through this alliance, ACA and ICF will combine their collective strengths, expertise, and resources to offer enhanced value to their respective memberships and elevate professional development standards worldwide.
Key Highlights of the Agreement
Through this agreement, ACA and ICF will work together to build a stronger global camp community. Designated leaders from both organizations will communicate regularly to plan and manage joint projects. Each organization will offer reciprocal organizational support to help strengthen both networks.
They will also collaborate on major events by promoting each other’s conferences, welcoming international attendees, and offering special event access.
Additionally, ACA and ICF will share training materials, research, and learning resources across their websites and online platforms to connect camp leaders worldwide.
