Martinsville, IN (July 13, 2026) — The American Camp Association (ACA) is collaborating with Speedstream Technology Group and Comcast Business to give ACA member camps access to fiber-powered internet service, redundant backup connectivity, and support throughout design, installation, and ongoing service. This collaboration is available to ACA members nationwide.
The collaboration helps camps meet connectivity needs as set by Texas House Bill 1/Senate Bill 1, the Heaven's 27 Camp Safety Act, which requires camps to maintain end-to-end Internet service and a redundant backup connection. While that legislation is specific to Texas, the services available through this collaboration can be used by camps in any state.
Speedstream Technology Group is a nationwide telecom broker and Comcast Business partner specializing in internet connectivity, redundant services, security, and mobility solutions.
