LifeTRAVELED's American Camp Exchanges (ACE) Program helps camps create a memorable and meaningful summer by hiring international camp counselors and support staff on the BridgeUSA Camp Counselor and Summer Work and Travel visas. Through cultural exchange, campers, counselors, and support staff will celebrate diversity, learn new perspectives, and inspire global curiosity. Our camps have access to a database of participants with skills to enhance the camp’s activities and create an environment where campers can blossom into the truest versions of themselves.
Direct Placement Special
Our team will help guide your candidates through the placement and visa-sponsorship process, ensuring a clear and supportive experience for both the camp and the exchange visitor. For a limited time, camps can secure direct placed camp counselor participants for just $375 per participant when placements are confirmed by December 1, 2026.
International Recruitment Opportunities
LifeTRAVELED will host in-country recruitment events in:
- Ecuador: December 10–14, 2026

To participate in a recruitment trip, camps must commit to hiring a minimum of six camp counselors during the fair.
Recruitment Trip Highlights:
- Flights, hotel accommodations, and meals are covered.
- A cultural day experience is included.
- Small-scale fairs focus on meaningful conversations and personal connection.
- Candidates are interviewed by LifeTRAVELED before the fair.
- Candidates are pre-matched with one camp for their fair interview.
- Candidates pay a commitment fee before the fair.
- After accepting a placement, candidates may not change camps.
