We are looking for a full-time Annual Fund Manager. Someone to assist in planning, coordination, and execution of annual and special fundraising campaigns.

What would you do if hired?

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of annual and special fundraising campaigns, including direct mail, digital fundraising, peer-to-peer campaigns, and crowdfunding initiatives.
  • Help ensure all campaigns meet fundraising goals.
  • Support the cultivation and stewardship of relationships with current donors. Ensure that all donors are thanked, updated on the impact of their giving, and have a positive experience with ACA.
  • Assist with the planning, execution, and management of fundraising events, both virtual and in-person. Coordinate
  • logistics, engage attendees, and help maximize fundraising outcomes through event activities.
  • Support the Chief Development Officer (CDO) in identification and preparation of grant proposals and ensure timely reporting to foundations and other funding sources.
  • Prepare reports that track donations, donor interactions, and key communications to ensure a high level of
  • engagement and follow-up.
  • Identify potential new donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations. Assist with the cultivation of new relationships through targeted research and outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to create compelling fundraising materials, including donor newsletters, and impact reports. Help craft messages that resonate with various donor audiences.

What are we looking for in a candidate?

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1-3 years’ experience in fundraising or nonprofit development, with a demonstrated understanding of donor relations, campaigns, and events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with donors, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Experience with donor management software (e.g. protech) and the ability to track and analyze donor data.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities with professionalism and focus.
  • Experience coordinating campaigns, from conception through execution.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Ability to work with all levels of management
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
