The Lifesaving Curriculum© includes lesson plans to provide best explanation and teaching to ages 14 and younger. The Lifesaving Curriculum© also includes our book “Swimming Buddies”©.  There is a component that includes how to teach basic water safety swimming skills for those with access to water.

There is a one-time fee and your login will not expire, so you may review any time. The course takes approximately 2 hours to view and you will have up to one hour of teaching information that may be divided into small amounts of lessons.
