Summer is underway.

Across the West, camp teams are in motion—staff are arriving, traditions are coming to life, schedules are unfolding, and campers are beginning to fill cabins, trails, fields, and gathering spaces. It’s one of the most energizing seasons of the year, and one that asks a lot of camp professionals.

As you move through the summer ahead, we hope you remember: you are not doing this alone.

Camp people are incredibly good at creating connection, belonging, and transformative experiences for others. Our Western Region gatherings are designed to create that same space for you—to reconnect with peers, reflect on the season, share ideas, solve challenges together, and remember that you are part of something bigger.
