The Conference Program Committees are accepting proposals for innovative and dynamic sessions that help to support the conference mission: create a community of camp professionals to educate, inspire and prepare them to provide a high-quality camp experience for their staff and campers.

- Registration includes double, triple lodging (included in price), Tuesday lunch and dinner and Wednesday breakfast and lunch. Single lodging is available, but limited and an additional cost.

Jack Schott
Jack Schott is a staff trainer who empowers today’s young workforce with fresh, inclusive strategies. He co-founded Camp Stomping Ground and The Summer Camp Society and has trained over 10,000 camp staff and leaders, helping them connect with the next generation. Jack equips organizations inside and outside the camp industry to better understand and engage today’s emerging talent. Enthusiasm = Cool.

Our conference will take place at W.E. Skelton 4-H Educational Conference Center at Smith Mountain Lake in Wirtz, VA

Lodging:
Lodging is available onsite and double and triple occupancy rooms are included in registration. Single rooms are additional charge and limited. All rooms have beds, bathrooms and bedding ( feel free to bring additional blankets as needed). ADA rooms are also available.
Single Room Lodging- $50.00
Participants are encouraged to register and select their preferred lodging as soon as possible for the greatest selection. Lodging is assigned on a first come first served basis. When registering online, please select options in step 4.
The demographic of the attendees is mostly year-round camp professionals. Typically, owners, directors, and program directors.
