Leadership Pathways Project Information Session

Join ACA staff supporting this project to go through the vision, application process, and question and answer session to support grant applications.

Below is more information regarding the Leadership Pathways Program:

ACA is excited to announce that applications are now being accepted for participation in Phase 2 of the Leadership Pathways Project. If accepted, grant recipients will receive up to $18,000 per year for three years to support creating, improving, or expanding counselor-in-training or similar leadership development programs at camp. Grantees will work with a peer cohort to design, implement, and improve a CIT (counselor in training)-related initiative to increase access to camp leadership pathways for young people of diverse backgrounds, abilities, and identities.  

All not-for-profit camps are invited to apply.  You do not need to have a grant-writer to submit, nor does the camp need to be ACA accredited. Applications opened Thursday, March 14, 2024.  

The application deadline is Thursday, April 11, 2024, at 10pm ET.
