Join EPIC each month for a one-hour virtual session featuring a subject matter expert in the camp world. These conversations are designed to spark ideas, deepen your knowledge, and give you practical tools to grow as an emerging camp professional. From staff leadership to program innovation, equity to operations, topics vary each month, but the focus stays the same: helping you level up in your camp career. EPIC is for you, whether you're transitioning from seasonal to year-round roles, taking on your first leadership position, or launching your camp career.
