We hope you can join us for a fantastic day of camp tours and the opportunity to connect with camp professionals in Northern California! We will visit Hidden Villa Summer Camp in Los Altos Hills and YMCA Camp Loma Mar in Loma Mar. Each tour highlights different programs and facility areas unique to each camp!
This is an open invitation to all ACA members and non-members; we encourage you to invite your emerging professional staff, program staff, and facility folks. This is a free event, but RSVP by April 23.
Participants should bring a nut-free brown bag lunch.

- 9:45: Meet at Hidden Villa (26870 Moody Rd, Los Altos Hills, CA 94022)
- 10 - Noon: Tour Hidden Villa
- Highlights: Explore a fully operational organic farm, learn about all aspects of running a wilderness camping program from planning to gear, and tour camp program areas in archery, swimming, ropes course, and garden programs.
- Noon: Lunch at Hidden Villa. Don’t forget a brown bag lunch!
- 12:30 - 1:30: Drive to YMCA Camp Loma Mar
- 1:30 - 3:30: Tour YMCA Camp Loma Mar (9900 Pescadero Creek Rd, Loma Mar, CA 94021)
- Highlights: Breath in the fresh air under the redwoods and close to ocean breezes! Explore the camp's swimming holes, archery course, lodging, dining halls, and more. Learn about planning for outdoor education, family camps, and rental groups.
- 3:30: Optional Social at Loma Mar Store and Kitchen
