Join your fellow EPICs (emerging professionals in camping) for a virtual roundtable focused on staff culture. This session is all about peer-to-peer sharing: bring your best tips and strategies for tackling the toughest challenges in staff culture, including navigating staff dynamics, setting the staff up for success, and keeping staff engaged year round. Calls are free, but participants will need to register with an ACA profile to receive the Zoom link.
