Oregon Camp Tours

Head into your summer camp season feeling energized, connected and with new ideas sparked at your camp with a day of Camp Tours! Join us at Eugene area camps to learn from other camp properties and programs, and network with fellow camp professionals as you get ready to kick off Summer 2026! Each tour highlights different program and facility areas unique to each camp. We will visit: Camp Lutherwood Oregon, Camp Koinonia and Camp Tadmor.

This is an open invitation to all ACA members and non-members; we encourage you to invite your emerging professional staff, program staff, and facility folks. Attendees will drive themselves between camps, don’t forget your brown bag lunch! This event is free, but please RSVP. Questions? [email protected] 

Schedule - Monday, April 20

• 9:30 am: Check In and Introductions at Camp Lutherwood (9741, 22960 OR-36, Cheshire, OR 97419)
• 10 – 11:15: Tour Camp Lutherwood
• 11:15 - 12:30: Drive to Koinonia (43062 N River Dr, Sweet Home, OR 97386)
• 12:30 - 1:15: Lunch and Roundtable Discussions at Koinonia
• 1:15 - 2:30: Tour Koinonia
• 2:30: Drive to Tadmor (43943 McDowell Creek Dr, Lebanon, OR 97355)
• 2:45 - 4:00 pm: Tour Tadmor
