Routine Magic: The Foundation of Strong Camp Culture
Great camp culture doesn't happen by accident. It's built through intentional systems that make the right behaviors feel automatic. Routine Magic: The Foundation of Strong Camp Culture is a virtual learning session designed for camp directors, coordinators, and leaders who want to strengthen the cultural foundation of their programs. Routines are one of the most powerful and most underused tools in your leadership toolkit, and when designed well, they eliminate those chaotic moments before they even start. In this hands-on session, you'll learn a 6-part framework for building routines that reduce behavior incidents, create shared ownership, and make "this is just how we do it here" a reality for your staff and campers. You'll leave with draft routines tailored to your specific program, a practical worksheet, and a clear plan for implementation.
Jarod "W" Wunneburger is a visionary education leader and consultant with over 15 years of experience driving transformative change in schools, after-school programs, and camps. He has presented at numerous American Camp Association conferences across the country, delivering sessions on classroom management, coaching systems, leadership development, and behavior management strategies.
