Presenter Bios:
Andrew Dominic serves as the Engagement Manager for the School Safety Task Force at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). In his role, Mr. Dominic works to enhance the safety and security of K-12 schools nationwide by overseeing engagement efforts, managing conference and event participation, and creating materials that address pressing safety issues. His work supports school administrators, educators, and safety officials in their efforts to prepare for and mitigate potential threats, ensuring a safer school environment. Dominic also plays a key role in building relationships with stakeholders to improve school safety policies and practices.
Aileen Clemente is a Program Specialist with CISA’s Office of Security Programs, where she leads the development and implementation of conflict prevention and violence mitigation strategies. With over 18 years of experience across the federal, private, and contracting sectors, Aileen’s expertise spans program management, policy development, and resource creation. As CISA’s Conflict Prevention Portfolio Manager, she designs programs and resources to address human, physical, and cyber threats to various organizations, including camps and schools. Aileen is committed to fostering collaboration and equipping organizations with the tools and knowledge to enhance safety and security in the face of evolving threats.
