ACA, Keystone EPIC Exchange

Join us for the next ACA, Keystone EPIC Exchange! Our November call will have THREE featured speakers:

• Bridgette Barbera-Byrne (YMCA of Greater Brandywine) - leading a conversation on inclusion and belonging in camping.
• Brianne Feinour (Camp NAC) – sharing perspectives on leadership, reflection, and emerging professional growth.
• Shelby Sever (YMCA Camp Tumbleson Lake) – presenting “Opening Camp in a Nutshell” with real-world lessons on starting from the ground up, plus her experiences navigating risk management (weather, wildlife) and managing staff expectations.

EPIC is a community created to support Emerging Professionals in Camping. We believe leadership grows not in isolation, but through belonging, mentorship, and shared experiences. 

This season, we’re focusing on building bridges - between generations of camp professionals, across diverse camp settings, and within ourselves as we learn to balance passion with sustainability.
