EPIC Coffee & Chat: Staff Training

This month’s EPIC Coffee and Chat will be about staff orientation and training! With the summer season just around the corner, there is still time to make this crucial period for your staff the best it can be. Regardless of the influence that your role may entail on staff training, or how long your program has been running, there are always ways that you can impact inclusivity, accessibility, and belonging. Come prepared with a few ideas in mind: what is your program doing effectively to elevate your staff during those first few days (or weeks)? Where have you identified areas of growth? How do you want your staff to describe their experience? Join us with your warm or iced beverage of choice to share with and learn from EPICs across the country!
