Quality Programs Level 2 builds on the groundwork we developed in Quality Programs 1, guiding participants to deepen camper engagement, elevate staff reflection, and apply data-driven insights to drive lasting program improvement. 

Participants will:

  • Deepen Camper Engagement and Connection – Move beyond foundational practices to strengthen staff-camper relationships that foster belonging and active participation.

  • Elevate Staff Practice from Reactive to Reflective – Refine interactive staff behaviors that encourage empathy, emotional awareness, and purposeful coaching moments.

  • Analyze and Apply Assessment Insights – Advance your ability to interpret Social Emotional Learning Program Quality Assessment for Camps data to inform strategy, track progress, and celebrate success.

  • Facilitate Ongoing Improvement as a Team – Build confidence leading collaborative reflection, setting actionable goals, and embedding a culture of continuous learning and program excellence.
