Managing youth behavior is a challenge for many youth program providers and a significant source of stress for directors and staff who are not prepared. This webinar provides specific strategies for effectively managing camper behavior with an emphasis on the needs of campers with different abilities. The translation of strategies for staff training will be stressed.

Kurt Podeszwa has spent much of his adult life working in outdoor and adventure education, with over 18 years of professional recreation experience. As the Camp Director for Camp For All in Burton Texas, Kurt has had the opportunity to work with a variety of special populations including; traumatic brain injury, down syndrome, cancer, kidney disease, autism, cerebral palsy and more.
Kurt is an accomplished presenter, author, and the founder of Journey Consulting. He has presented at national and regional conferences as well as for companies and schools on topics ranging from leadership to managing behavior.
