Depression and anxiety are two of the most common childhood mental health disorders. Since you’re not a therapist, how should you respond? She specializes in adolescents and speaks nationally on the topics of mental health, resiliency, conflict resolution, relational aggression, and effective communication. She has presented several times for ACA national and conducts staff trainings across the country.
