Vincent Irving is a youth development leader, advocate, and strategist committed to creating spaces where young people and those who support them can thrive. He serves as the Eastern Region director for the American Camp Association, where he supports camps across 13 states and territories. With a background in nonprofit leadership, government relations, and community-based initiatives, Vincent brings a systems-level perspective to issues of equity, access, and belonging.

Ruthi Hernandez, PhD.

Based in Texas, Dr. Ruthi Hernandez is passionate about creating engaging, evidence-based digital learning experiences that inspire curiosity and a love of learning. Drawing on multimedia and cognitive learning theories, her work combines subject-matter expertise with creative, interactive strategies to transform complex content into accessible, high-quality learning experiences that support knowledge transfer and skill development.
