DESCRIPTION:
Storytelling is a deeply human experience, we’ve been telling each other stories for thousands of years. Our stories have the power to bring people together, to shape history, to educate, and drive meaningful connections.

Join our panel of marketing professionals as we discuss storytelling as a content marketing strategy to share the story of summer 2020. This webinar is for camp programs that ran in-person, virtual camp, family camp, implemented a camp-in-a-box program, or simply pivoted to planning for summer 2021.

Working together we will build the bridge to summer 2021 using storytelling as a vehicle to connect with campers and parents. Your story matters, we’re here to help.

With 10 years of senior leadership roles in the outdoor industry at Eastern Mountain Sports, Patagonia, and Chaco, she brings consumer insight and digital savvy to her role with ACA. As a National Outdoor Leadership School graduate and mother, Kelley recognizes the essential value of outdoor experience in developing tomorrow’s leaders and is passionate about passing down this cornerstone to the next generation.

Micah Hart is the creator and host of Jewish Geography Zoom Racing and the Campfires and Color Wars podcast, and owes much of his creative mojo to his years growing up at summer camps trying to make fun out of thin air. He also has nearly two decades of experience in digital marketing and corporate culture with the Atlanta Hawks, Turner Sports, Endeavor and Buffalo Wild Wings. He wants everyone to remember we are in the middle of a pandemic, so please be kind to yourselves.

Lindsay Malone is the Marketing Manager at Gregory Mountain Products. After years working in corporate marketing, she made the leap to the outdoor industry and has never looked back. The last 10 years have included running marketing for an adaptive recreation nonprofit, managing field marketing tours across the globe and building a dynamic marketing team at Gregory. When she’s not talking about backpacks you can find her working on her Chaco tan, taking her 3-legged pup on adventures or hunting for the best breakfast bagel sandwich in town.
