The Upstate New York Fall Gathering is a one-day event with networking and professional development opportunities along with a camp tour. The gathering is at a unique and historic camp, which you can only get to by boat!
Chesapeake Fall Gathering — September 26, 2024
Cascade, MD at Camp Louise
The Chesapeake Fall Gathering will feature camp tours of Camp Louise and Camp Airy. The day will focus on networking and include a session on managing crises and navigating difficult situations at camp.
Keystone Fall Gathering — November 7, 2024
Newton, PA at Camp Nac
The Keystone Fall Gathering will feature networking opportunities and conversations around mental well-being for both staff and campers. We'll finish the day with a camp tour of this awesome day camp.
* Southeastern Fall Camp Conference — November 12-14, 2024
Greenville, SC at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Greenville Gold Resort & Conference Center
The Southeastern Fall Camp Conference will open with a keynote presentation by Bob Ditter about character and offer a variety of educational breakout sessions, exhibit hall and affinity group meetups! This event will also host a preconference around character on November 11 and a New Director Orientation Course on November 11-12 at the hotel.
Upstate New York Winter Gathering — December 12, 2024
Livonia, NY at Camp Stella Maris
The Upstate New York Winter Gathering includes featured speaker Chris Kukenberger, who will kick off the event speaking on DEI. The day will include roundtable discussion and a tour of Camp Stella Maris.
* Ohio Camp Conference — January 16, 2025
Columbus, OH at the Nationwide & Ohio Farm Bureau 4-H Center
The Ohio Camp Conference is a one-day conference with a focus on character. The day will be full of a character focused professional development including a keynote presentation, top-notch educational breakout sessions, and an exhibit hall. There will also be a full day preconference on January 15 of character focusing on grant writing.
Mid-Atlantic Camp Conference — January 21-22, 2025
Wirtz, VA at W.E. Skelton 4-H Educational Conference Center at Smith Lake
The Mid-Atlantic Camp Conference will open with a keynote speaker and be full of educational breakout sessions, featured speakers, and an exhibit hall!
Tri-State CAMP Conference — March 11-13, 2025
Atlantic City, NJ at the Atlantic City Convention Center
The Tri-State CAMP Conference brings together our community of over 3,300 people to learn at over 170 educational sessions, find new products and services at our booth exhibit hall, and spend time with like-minded people who are dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of children.
New England Camp Conference — March 27-29, 2025

The New England Camp Conference brings over 800 attendees from 250+ camps around New England together for three days of learning and networking with dynamic speakers, established industry experts, and each other!

Michigan Fall Gathering — October 9-10, 2024
Maple City, MI at Camps Leelanau & Kohahna
The Michigan Fall Gathering features a half-day camp tour preconference on October 9 and a 1-day conference on October 10. The conference highlights are a closing keynote from author Heather Shumaker about Giving the Gift of Risk, educational breakout sessions, and chances to explore programming ideas.
Northland Fall Workshop & Get-Together — October 23, 2024
Paynesville, MN at Koronis Camp & Retreat Center
The Northland Fall Workshop & Get-Together will feature a workshop from executive director, Ellie Wilson, of the Autism Society of Minnesota, educational breakout sessions, and roundtable discussions. It will also host a 1-day New Director Orientation preconference on October 22, 2024 at Koronis Camp & Retreat Center.
Heart of South Fall Gathering — November 13-14
Columbiana, AL at the Alabama 4-H Center
The Heart of the South Fall Gathering will feature two keynote speakers, 12 educational sessions, a campfire social, and a CampWell preconference kicking off on November 12. The theme for this year’s event is: "Cultivating Well-Being and Character: The Summer Camp Advantage."
Wisconsin Fall Gathering — November 14-15, 2024
Fredonia, WI at Albert & Ann Deshur JCC Rainbow Day Camp
The Wisconsin Fall Gathering features an EPIC lunch and learn, camp tours, and executive director workshop as preconferences on November 14 as well as kick-off the conference with an evening opening keynote. The 1-day conference highlights on November 15 are roundtable discussions, the annual pie auction, and educational breakout sessions.
Great Rivers Fall Gathering — November 19-21, 2024
Indianola, IA at Wesley Woods Camp & Retreat Center
The Great Rivers Fall Gathering features a half-day camp tour preconference on November 19 and a 2-day conference November 20-21. The conference highlights are opening keynote speakers Roz & Jed Buck who will speak on increasing engagement for you and your team, a wide variety of educational breakout sessions, roundtable conversations, and fun evening networking events.
Indiana Camp Summit — November 21, 2024
Indianapolis, IN at Jameson Camp
The Indiana Camp Summit is a 1-day conference featuring a panel discussion, a wide variety of educational breakout sessions, and roundtable conversations. Indiana will also host a CampWell training November 19-20, 2024 as a preconference at Jameson Camp.

Riverfalls, WI at the University of Wisconsin
Winnekota is a 2-day conference with a focus on getting ready for staff training. It features a keynote speaker, a variety of educational breakout sessions, and roundtable discussions. Great for full time and seasonal leaders. Winnekota will host a preconference CampWell training March 18-19 at the University of Wisconsin-Riverfalls as well as a character preconference on March 20.

Southwest Fall Workshop — October 10, 2024

The Southwest Fall Conference is a full day of education and networking designed with the camp professional and out of school time youth professional in mind. Featuring a keynote and educational sessions provided by Kelly Schuna. The Southwest Fall Workshop will be preceded by the EPIC preconference.
Wildfire Symposium — October 24, 2024
Virtual Conference
The Wildfire Symposium will feature multiple education sessions concerning the preparation for, response to, and recovery from wildfire and smoke threats.
Rocky Mountain Fall Conference — November 13-15, 2024
Florissant, CO at the Nature Place
The Rocky Mountain Fall Conference includes meals and lodging and features an opening keynote by Trevor Dunlap and a closing keynote by Andrew Corley bookending three days of first-rate education and networking.
Cascadia Camp Conference — November 19-21, 2024
Corbett, OR at the Menucha Retreat and Conference Center
The Cascadia Camp Conference includes meals and lodging and features an opening keynote focused on building character at camp by Laurie Browne, PhD. We will have a closing keynote by Briana Mitchell about DEIB at camp.
